About

I guide you through the sacred and often disorienting terrain of grief and trauma — helping you to release layers of grief, trauma imprints, limiting beliefs, and energetic blocks so you can reclaim your power and return to yourself with strength, clarity, and self-trust.
My work is not conceptual.
It is lived.
At 21, I stood beside the wreckage of my fiancé’s car, realising the future I had imagined would never unfold. Years later, I faced another devastating loss — the death of our baby boy, Conor. More recently, I said goodbye to my mother — another profound threshold that reshaped me at depth.
In the depths of my own healing, I discovered something undeniable:
Healing is not about avoiding pain.
It is about transforming how it lives within you.
Those experiences did not break me — they forged me. They demanded that I understand healing at its roots.
That path led me into over 20 years of study and practice in psychology, coaching, hypnotherapy, grief and trauma integration, and energy healing. My work has been shaped by both lived experience and formal training — grounded in science, informed by neuroscience, and attuned to the divine intelligence of the soul and energetic body.
In supporting women through grief and trauma for more than two decades, I have seen clearly what many conventional models overlook:
Healing is not just emotional processing...
It is neurological rewiring.
Energetic recalibration.
And conscious reclamation of personal authority.
Today, my work bridges neuroscience and energy healing — honouring the biological intelligence of the brain and body, as well as the deeper intelligence of the soul. I work with people who are intelligent, intuitive, and often highly self-aware — yet find themselves emotionally triggered, exhausted, or disconnected after loss.
Together, we dissolve trauma imprints at the root.
We neutralise emotional charge.
We reorganise internal narratives.
We restore coherence between mind, body, and soul.
This work is not about coping.
It is about transmutation.
We may not choose what happens to us — but we can choose how we carry it forward. You cannot control what has occurred. But you can rewire how it lives within you.
I do not see grief or trauma as something to get over.
I see it as a threshold — one that, when consciously navigated, awakens depth, sovereignty, and a more authentic expression of self.
My role is not to rescue.
It is to act as a way shower — illuminating the path of transformation while you reclaim your own capacity to walk it with strength and clarity.
While I support clients navigating many forms of emotional overwhelm and disconnection, my deepest expertise lies in guiding those processing profound loss and trauma.
I understand the triggers.
The numbness.
The exhaustion.
The silent guilt.
The identity collapse.
I also understand the resilience that lives beneath it.
Healing is participatory.
It is powerful.
And it is your birthright.
If you are standing at a threshold, ready to reclaim your power and peace,
this is where the work begins.

Michelle Funke, an energy healer, intuitive guide, and transformational soul coach, helps people break free from stagnation and reconnect with their inner light.
Rooted in her own profound journey through grief and trauma, she creates safe and compassionate spaces for others to heal, release emotional blocks, and rediscover their authentic power.
Michelle teaches that true transformation begins by acknowledging one’s emotions, leaning into discomfort, and taking aligned action from within.
Her philosophy centers on the idea that healing is not about fixing but about flowing—honoring divine timing, embracing radical responsibility, and returning to self-awareness as the foundation for lasting growth.
Through her journey of profound loss, Michel Fonke discovered her soul’s gift and now guides others to shine their light. Her story is a powerful reminder that grief can awaken purpose, healing, and transformation — and that we all have the capacity to become way-showers for others.
This episode bridges the emotional, spiritual, and energetic dimensions of loss — from cultural perspectives on grief, to the ways energy work supports deep emotional unwinding, to the importance of self-care, rest, and intuition when navigating the heavy moments.Mia and
Michelle remind us that grief is not a problem to solve — it’s a natural initiation, a teacher, and sometimes, a portal. One that invites us to soften, to slow down, and to discover a different kind of connection with the loved ones who have transitioned.
